 "La
granita" (water-ice) is a tipically
refreshing product from the warmest parts
of Southern Italy where cold beverages are
common and necessary for the hot climate.
Adhering loyally to the Southern Italian
tradition Scoop will only offer its Granita
(water-ice) from June to September in a
selected range of fresh fruit.
Scoop's granita is simply made from ground
ice and fresh fruit mash.
To retain the high quality of our products,
the offer of flavours in store will be restricted
to what is available in season.
