to select our ingredients is very simple and
strict: only raw products of the highest quality.
Scoop has chosen only Fresh
Whole Milk from selected British farmers
– it is delivered every day to the store.
Milk constitutes 85% of our creams and being
rich in fats
and proteins
covers an important role in terms of nutritional
power.
Cream, being
the fattest part of the milk, is present only
in some flavours and in a small percentage.
We use only the finest cream from consortia
of the British countryside which contains
35% to 38% of fats.
Water is low
in mineral content and fresh.
Daily chopped Fruit
is the base for our sorbet flavours.
Scoop’s Gelato is sweetened only by
natural sweeteners such as White Granulated
Sugar, one of
the many products present in the vegetable
kingdom that is essential for human nutrition.
Honey from acacia
trees is also adopted for some flavours.
Scoop does not use
artificial colourings or additives
